Pastor Rick Moore, Pastor Jack Cain, Associate Pastor J Johnston, Jonathan Cashman, and Debbie Carey joined the Elders to pray for the needs of the church.
Debbie Carey provided the administrator’s report:
> Offering was $59,000
> 760 people in the main service
> The City of Orlando has adjusted the timetable to implement the signage plan for Calvary’s campus to 18 months.
> The 2011 audit will begin in January.
> The Video Department staff have invited the elders to tour the remodeled TV control room.
Debbie exited the meeting at 4:55 PM.
Frank St. John made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 5, 2011 meeting, which was seconded by Jim Norman and unanimously approved by the remainder of the elders.
There was discussion concerning the area of Worship and Arts.
A group of Calvary members joined the elders at 6:00 p.m. to share a power point presentation and for a cordial discussion concerning Calvary’s future. Pastors Jack Cain, J Johnston, Steve Sienkiewicz, and Rick Moore also participated.
With no further items, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:15 PM.
