Pastor Cope shared an excerpt from a book he is reading that touched his heart.
The Elders set aside time to pray for the needs of the church.
Jack Norman made a motion to approve the minutes of 9 January 2012, which was seconded by Frank St. John and unanimously passed by the remainder of the Elders.
At 5:15PM, Jonathan Cashman and several others joined the meeting to talk about a potential Easter presentation. There was discussion over the possibilities and logistics of putting on this production. It was determined that this also needs to be placed before the pastors to obtain their input.
The Elders continued to discuss vision and planning for the future of Calvary.
With no further items, the meeting was adjourned at 8:35PM.
