Elder Minutes For 11 March 2013

PRESENT: Doug Joseph, George Cope, Wray Petry, Dave Tinker, Jim Norman, , George Joseph. Eddie Haralson
ABSENT: Frank St. John

The Elders, Pastors J Johnston, Steve Sienkiewicz, John Krall, and Jonathan Cashman, as well as Debbie Carey and Kari Van Cleave prayed for the needs of the church.

Administrator’s Report:
> The weekly tithes and offerings were $28,027. 
> Attendance was 508 in the main service and 602 in total.
> The painting of the Worship Center is progressing. Additional cement repairs are needed to maintain the building.
> First Steps enrollment has increased substantially over the past year.  

Jim Norman made a motion to accept the March 4th, 2013 minutes which was seconded by George Joseph and passed unanimously with a minor revision.

 George Joseph made a motion to accept the February 11th, 2013 minutes which was seconded by Wray Petry and passed unanimously. 

The Elders discussed the Annual Business Meeting and issues that were raised. 

The Elders discussed Dr. Bob Rhoden’s presentation and agenda this coming Sunday.

With no further discussion, the meeting ended at 6:40PM.
